Abrisave Blasting our own items and not farming them out to other contractors, lets us be in control of the entire surface finishing process from start to finish guaranteeing the optimum results. Our blast room is 5 x 7 x 15 meters which lets us handle the largest jobs with ease.
Sand blasting the surface of your material prior to coating provides an excellent surface for the powder coating or painted finish to adhere to. Abrisave Blasting also increases the adhesion and durability of the finish.
Our blast system uses the latest EPA approved garnet media recycling system to remove the old finish, metal oxides or manufacturing by products that remain on the metal.
